A kiutazás napja

On the first day we had to wake up very early, because the Flixbus left Népliget- Budapest before 7 and we started our trip. The time length of the road was around 8 hours, and it went through Slovenia. We arrived at 3:30 pm in Udine and it was raining. The host students and their families met us at the bus station. We were supposed to have evening activities, but the French exchange students were late and that the programme was cancelled. So, everyone spent the afternoon and evening with the host's family and partner. My partner, Vlad was kind and polite but he did not speak much. I enjoyed a warm welcome from the family with lasagna and tiramisu. After that we went to a shopping mall because everything else was closed due to Sunday. When we finished at the mall we returned home. My impressions were quite good however it was a little quiet in the beginning. All in all it was pretty decent first day I expected worse so I was satisfied. I talked with the family in the evening and I was eagerly awaiting Monday.
