harmadik nap

2025.11.13

On Thursday we started off with a slightly different kind of plan. Instead of being in school until the afternoon, we all went to a beach after we had finished all our projects. We started off with everyone presenting their presentations. We got to learn more about Sardinia's traditional dresses, cuisine, etc., which was really interesting. Then, we did a kahoot based on our knowledge of Hungary, so the Italians could also learn some facts about the country before they come to visit us in February. At 10:30, we packed up our stuff and headed straight to the beach. It was windy, and we couldn't swim but the vibe and atmosphere made up for it. Some people played volleyball, some just laid down and talked on the benches, and me and my friends went to try some cosy coffee on the seaside. It was soooo good!

After the beach we had the option to go home or to stay in the city for lunch. We decided to try Makito, a place where you could make your own Poké. It was amazing, and gladly we were only fifteen minutes away from the Civic Art Gallery of Cagliari, the place of our afternoon program. At the gallery we saw many fascinating oil paintings, statues and even a photo exhibition. My favourite oil painting had the name Vestizione della sposa (meaning the dressing of the bride), and it was painted by Socrate Carlo. After visiting the gallery, some of us decided to visit Rinascente, a 6-floor shop filled with clothes, and now in November with Christmas decorations. Our last meal of the day was a small Pizzette, and after that everyone decided to go home and have a rest, since the next day was our last full day.
