Thursday was a highlight of my Erasmus exchange in Estonia. It was our field trip day, and it started with group project work. We collaborated closely, refining our ideas and plans. After that, we took a well-needed movement break and played floorball, which was a lot of fun and helped us recharge for the day ahead. Next, we had the unique opportunity to attend a lecture by the Georgian Ambassador in Estonia. It was an insightful session where we got to ask questions about Georgian politics, economy, and culture. The conversation was enriching and gave us a deeper understanding of international relations. We then had lunch in the school canteen before boarding a bus to visit a small zoo. It was a peaceful trip, and we even went on a 3.5-kilometer hike in the surrounding nature, which was refreshing. After the school activities, we explored a few souvenir shops and stopped at Hesburger for a quick meal. The day concluded with a farewell party at one of our Estonian host's houses. We spent the night playing games, relaxing in the sauna, and reminiscing about our favourite moments from the week. Exhausted but happy, I returned home late, packed my suitcase, and tried to catch some sleep after such an eventful day.
